How do I schedule a Cycle Analysis and when do you schedule appointments?
Analyzes are scheduled by appointment only.
My schedule changes daily so it is best to call to set-up your appointment so we can discuss your situation and needs in more detail before your arrival. This will ensure we are both prepared for your analysis.
Evening appointments (Monday and Tuesday) and some Saturday appointments are available at a surcharge due to being outside normal business hours.
2. Cancellation Policy
All new first time full analysis appointments require a 50.00 deposit.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled but any changes less than 24 hours will result in a loss of your deposit.
2. What do I need to bring to my cycle analysis appointment?
Please bring your bike(s), typical riding clothes (i.e. bike shorts, bibs, tri-kit, etc.), a hand towel (we have some if you forget), and a water bottle. In addition, bring any parts and pieces that came with the bike for proprietary front ends, new cleats if needing to be replaced (DO NOT take old ones off), and any components you want to try or swap out (stems and saddles for example).
To maximize session time, we do ask that you please make sure your equipment (bike and shoes) are wiped down, clean and working properly.
2. How long does a full analysis take?
Most road/gravel/cross/MTB bikes take on average about 2.5 hours.
Time trial and triathlon bikes can take 3+ hours. A basic analysis takes about 1-1.5 hours
Tandems may take up to 4 hours
3. What forms of payment do you take?
Cash, Check, Zelle, Venmo, and Paypal are preferred
Credit cards are accepted with a 3% surcharge
4. Where are you located and where should I park?

There is a sign posted by the mailbox so you know you are pulling into the correct driveway.
Please pull all the way up in the driveway. There is a sign that says parking for cyclists here. Two cars can fit in this area so please park so 2 cars can fit. There is also a sign on the service door with my logo so you know you are at the right place.
5. Do you offer discounts?
Yes I offer discounts for multiple bikes and repeat customers. Please call for details.
6. What type of bikes do you work on?
Road, Gravel/Cross, MTB, Triathlon/TT, Commuter/Flat-bar Fitness, and even Tandem (special pricing for tandem)
