Headline encrypt-decrypt, "advanced" options:

Click 'Hat across bottom' for the alphabet to read UP the columns of the transposition block. Type the setting word backwards for it to read UP the column of the substitution block. Click 'Decrypt' (instead of Encrypt) for a substitution block with the cipher alphabet on top of five plain alphabets.
