BioNeCT is no longer under active development. However, we recommend taking advantage of a new EEGLAB-compatible, group-level causal connectivity toolbox/pipeline developed by our collaborator Makoto Miyakoshi (University of California, San Diego), which can be found here: https://github.com/sccn/groupSIFT.
