Function map
Here is a EEG 10-20 location / function correspondence chart, which was derived from a flash card quiz, used in neurofeedback courses. Note that such a map is quite generalized, since surface EEG sensors pickup ensemble activity from a wide area. (Estimated at 6 square centimeters of cortex by Nunez.) More precision can only be achieved by 3D source localization.

For a more detailed mapping, a number of Brodmann area (see External links section) Atlases, are available . These show much more precision and are based on cytoarchitecture or histological structure. There is a huge amount of research going on in the area of brain hubs and networks.
