Exercise

Exercise -- "Start slow, ease off" ( I forgot the author. )

The tolerance for exercise varies from person to person. You should start in a very moderate manor for a very short period of time. Evaluate how the exercise went over several day before doing any more exercise. Over extending yourself can lead to a nasty relapse.

Don't be disappointed if exercise isn't for you. The illness can very over time. You can try some other time.
