Hello Neighbors!

  As we enter summer, the board wanted to provide everyone with some important updates:

Pool:

·       Hours are from 8am to 9pm.

·       Residents may reserve the pool house for private events such as birthday parties:

o   Provide at least 2 weeks notice.

o   No more than 1 reservation per month.

o   Maximum of 3 hours.

o   Must clean up afterwards (remove trash, tidy up bathrooms, organize furniture, etc.).

o   Must follow all pool rules (posted in by-laws).

·       Do NOT turn room thermostat below 70 degrees.

·       Keep pool room doors closed.

Storm Ditch:

·       EnviroTech surveyed the ditch and recommends the following “Do’s and Don'ts"

o   Do:

§  Do remove any foreign debris such as paper, plastic, etc.

§  Do remove any natural debris such as tree limbs that cause a blockage

§  Do allow natural growth on the banks of the storm ditch

§  Do notify the HOA:

·       IF there is debris requiring assistance to remove

·       IF you are considering landscaping your property in the area within 3 feet of the storm ditch

o   Do NOT:

§  DO NOT perform any landscaping on your property within 3 feet of the ditch bank.  This includes mulch, rocks, shrubbery, etc.  Any existing landscaping as of June 30, 2023 can stay in place and should NOT be removed.

§  DO NOT damage the storm ditch banks within 3 feet of your property (digging, etc.).

§  DO NOT dump anything into the storm ditch – this includes anything natural (grass, leaves, etc.) or foreign (trash etc.).
