Welcome to the Bethany Preserve Homeowners Association (BP-HOA) website. This website has been designed as a resource to help keep everyone posted of all that's going on in our beautiful community of 36 single family homes between the bay and the sea in Ocean View, Delaware.

Bethany Preserve HOA members strive to be good stewards for the Bethany Preserve Community. The HOA Board welcomes homeowners' input and participation. Homeowners are invited to attend meetings and send questions/comments to BethanyPreserve.HOA@gmail.com. The HOA Board will respond to all emails in a timely manner.
