Toto Ultramax II uses Dual Whirl System, which is powerful, silent, effective and removes the waste completely. It can remove 500 gr solid waste like nothing. You can sit on it and forget about obstructions. While I wrote this, I saw 59 users giving a five-stars and 4.5 general rate for TOTO MS604114CEFG#01 Ultramax II. The over-all feedback in amazon is really good. But there is 1 user giving a one-star, saying, ”Whether your male or female, if you’re sitting, your stream hits the front inside of the bowl and splash up to the down side of the seat as well as your thighs.” This is the only comment I read complaining about that issue.

Pros:
Water-saving while flushing with only 1.28Gpf water consumption each time.
Dual Whirl Flush generates a strong centrifugal effect required for clearing waste from bowl and rim. Extremely glossy trap way helps take the waste down the siphon.
Tank is reloaded in 10 to 15 min.
Very silent when flushing, preventing you from waking up sleepers.
