Hall Rental Information

Belmead Community League is an excellent venue for weddings, birthday celebrations, meetings, Christmas parties and all other special occasions.  We offer a main hall with stage, full kitchen with bar area, and a meeting room.

RENTAL FEES:

(To receive the member rate, you must reside in the Belmead Community and be a community league member for one full calendar year)

Weekend rentals (Hall, kitchen, & bar)

All weekend rentals have a damage deposit (DD) of $1,000 CAD. 

·         Table & chairs & fully equipped kitchen and bar included)

·         Friday 6 pm to Sunday 1 pm                                                                               $775.00 / $825.00          

·         Saturday Only [8 am to 2 am]                                                                              $450.00 / $550.00

·         Sunday Only [8 am to 12am]                                                                                $450.00 / $550.00

 ·         All weekend rentals are subject to an additional supplies fee of $25 per day to a maximum of $50 for the weekend.

Hall Only - capacity 120 people

Daytime hall rentals have a damage deposit (DD) of $500 CAD. For the hall with kitchen added, include an extra 100.00 CAD deposit. 

Week Day Rentals- {Monday – Thursday + Friday Day time – [9am to 4pm]}

·         Tables & chairs included

·         Hourly rates (minimum of 3 hours)                                                                    $40.00 / $50.00

·         Hall only for the whole day 9am to 4pm (day time)                                        $250.00 / $300.00

Evening Rentals- {Monday – Thursday + Friday evening – [4pm to 12am]}

·         Hall only for the whole evening 4pm to 12am                                                  $300.00 / $350.00

Meeting Room – capacity 48 people

The meeting room has a damage deposit (DD) of $250 CAD.

Meeting room operates an hourly rate with a minimum of 3 hours

·         Tables & chairs included

·         Rental hours are from 8 am – 10 pm

·         Monday – Friday (Friday’s only available until 5 pm)

·         Hourly rates (minimum of 3 hours)                                                                    $30.00 / $30.00

All renters need to be over the age of 21. All rentals are required to purchase third party liability insurance.  Belmead Community League must be listed as additionally insured.  You must purchase a minimum of 2 million dollars in liability. You can purchase the insurance through your own insurance company, or through the following links:

If you are serving alcohol you must be over the age of 25.  In addition to purchasing third party liability insurance you will need to purchase a liquor license.  You can purchase the liquor license through the following link:

-Any third party vendors (caterers, decorators, photo booth companies, djs, etc) must provide us with a copy of their liability insurance.  

-Confetti and/or glitter are not permitted in the community league.

Cleaning is the responsibilty of the renter. Every renter must follow our set cleaning guidelines.  A $250.00 Janitorial Service may be available (must be arranged prior to your event date).

Belmead Community League reserves the right to rent only to those that meet or exceed the rental requirements . Belmead Community League also reserves the right to cancel any function that is deemed inappropriate or harmful to community members and does not meet all contractual obligations. Rates can change without notice.
