What is Therapy?
Sometimes we can feel isolated and may find it difficult to talk about our feelings and fears. Therapy offers an opportunity to explore the unresolved problems in our lives, in a confidential and reassuring space, without fear of feeling judged in any way. It also offers the possibility of increased self-awareness and a growth towards positive change.
Therapy is based on listening, not giving advice, within a caring accepting relationship where you can talk about anything that is troubling you, in private and without the fear of being judged.
