About Me

Having trained at Metanoia Institute, I work with a Person-Centred philosophy having a strong belief that you are the expert in making choices and directing your own life.

My varied experience comes from working for Metanoia Counselling & Psychotherapy Clinic, Turning Point, and Hillingdon Action for Addiction Management. I strive to remain professional, whilst at the same time, offering you a gentle, warm and sensitive approach to my work. I promote equality of opportunity whilst valuing your own personal individuality.

I believe in my continuous professional development and complete a minimum of 30 hours per year of relevant workshops related to my work.

We will have a dialogue in which we will explore your life as you experience it and the troubles, conflicts and dilemmas that have brought you to therapy.

It is my hope that over our time together we will gently work through a process of clarification and reflection, enabling you to slowly become more self-aware so allowing you to move forward with your life.
