In June 2014 the BEA Bargaining Team and school board's team reached a tentative agreement for 2014-2015 which will all certified teachers, counselors, librarians, etc. will consider for ratification during the pre-service school days in early August.
UPDATE: On August 25, 2014 the agreement was ratified by the board of education after being unanimously ratified by the teachers present at the ratification meeting on August 8, 2014.
