This year when the state sent out the funds for the National Board Teachers they did not include the employer’s tax. Most districts took this extra amount, about $350, out of each teacher’s stipend. I am happy and proud to say that our district did not do this. They picked up this shortage from the state and got the checks out on time. It truly is …a great time to be a Bruin!
