KNOW YOUR NEGOTIATED AGREEMENT
You can find your negotiated agreement on the B E A website or by clicking HERE. Your negotiations team is amazing and practices Interest-Based Bargaining, which means they are meeting year-round with administration so that we can solve issues before those issues become problems. (They are always looking for new members -- if interested, contact your building rep or any officer!)
Our negotiated work day is a "contiguous 7 hours and 25 minutes." Flexibility of scheduling may be done within the 7 hours and 25 minute work day. Your administrator has the autonomy to set start and end times to best serve your building. Within that work day, you are guaranteed a duty-free, 30-minute lunch and a plan time each day.

MEMBER BENEFIT HIGHLIGHT
In addition to your free will preparation and your free life insurance (both morbid but necessary topics!), your membership with O E A/N E A includes an outstanding TRAVEL PROGRAM. Where will you go?

If you haven’t joined our BEA Remind yet, please do so by texting @BvilleEA to 81010.

REMINDER
Protecting Your Time
Our "Meeting Limitations: Site leadership-directed meetings shall not exceed sixty (60) minutes per month per teacher off contract. Site leadership-directed meetings shall not exceed ten (10) planning periods per month maximum (not to exceed three (3) per week), per teacher."
To keep track of our meetings and help our conversations and eventual negotiations, please add your meetings to THIS FORM. If you notice that someone from your building has already added a meeting, there is no need to add it again.
