Our 19th century Guest House accommodates up to 8 guest at rates from $149. The guest house features 4 large bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, a grand foyer, a formal living and dining room, a gourmet kitchen and 2 luxurious baths. We offer a wide variety of suites for couples and small groups.
The Beaver house Inn was built in 1897 for the Arden family and is one the few remaining 19th century homes in downtown Statesboro. The property is on the National Register of Historic Places and is great example of Victorian architecture.
The Beaver family acquired the property in 1999 to compliment their boarding house style restaurant. The home features 12 foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, as well as, a footed tub, fluted columns and hand carved mantles. The furniture is a combination of family antiques and modern appointments
