Lazy Eye ~ Binocular Diplopia

Provided a 'lazy eye' squint at birth. When overtired and the brain is not firing on all cylinders;

A series of hand held shots (taken during 2020) in France; Creatively edited to emulate and explore some of the physical realities found and seen in conditions associated with 'double vision'. Wherein, light entering the eyes falls upon and stimulates non-corresponding areas of the retinas, creating interesting constantly changing lit vistas, for the mind to explore, decipher and realise.

Binocular diplopia is double vision (normally a result of being "cross-eyed") where the misalignment of the two eyes relative to each other provides visual confusion; While the brain effectively recording this bifocal reality, makes adjustment and compensations, to naturally target the 'singular objects' in view, as it speedily processes out information toward the necessity for singular accurate measures in full sight.
