Emergency Pass: You will be given two Emergency Passes once all of your paperwork and fees are paid.
Write your First and Last Name and Class Period on the back.
This can be used for:
Emergency bathroom break. No Emergency Pass = no leaving for the bathroom.
Late assignment for full credit- you must complete the assignment and staple the Emergency Pass to the top of the paper and turn it in the make-up bin.
+5pts extra credit each - if you have not used your Emergency Pass by the end of the semester, you can turn it in for +5 points extra credit each (ex. if you have both at the end of the semester, you earn +10 Xcred).
