Q: Who pays for the marketing of my property?
A: We pay for all signage, advertising and labor costs related to marketing your property for rent. We will also place your property on our website and our rental listings as part of our service. The start up fees include internet based advertising.
Q: How to prepare a property to be rented?
A: Is it in a condition that you would want to move your own family into it? Property should be move-in ready for tenants. Properties rent quicker and at higher rental value when in good condition.
Q: How are tenants selected?
A: To ensure quality tenants we perform complete background. We meet and carefully screen each prospective tenant. Verify application and rental history, employment, financial, and obtain a report which includes credit, evictions and criminal history.
Q: Who pays for maintenance and repairs to my property?
A: Owner pays for maintenance and repairs, unless in cases the tenant has agreed to assume responsibility.
