With continual advertising, we take calls, emails, and texts daily to keep units fully rented. We require each potential tenant to complete an application, then follow up with a thorough background check to verify their employment, rental history, and credit & criminal history. This helps assure that your property will have the best tenant possible. And we show prospects the property.
To save you money, we use preferred vendors or our own people to provide quality and timely maintenance for your property. Therefore, you don't have to pay the exorbitant rates charged by others; nor does your property have to wait until they can work it into their schedule. This can save you hundreds of dollars per year. We can also coordinate yard maintenance, pool care, window cleaning, and pest control. We even provide emergency and none emergency services.
Quarterly inspections of your property, inside and outside, ensures your property is maintained properly and cared for.
If rent payments are irregular, we begin the processes necessary to collect or evict tenants.
We will send you a statement as needed. You are able to contact me directly with any questions or concerns. Owner disbursements are transferred approximately on the 10th of each month (If weekend, you will receive them on the next Monday.)
