I am a qualified Integrative therapist and have been a registered accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) since 2003. https://www.bacp.co.uk/

I  draw upon a number of different psychotherapeutic approaches including EMDR, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Cognitive and Transpersonal, in order to tailor the therapy to your individual situation.

I have spent over 20 years exploring and studying wellbeing and personal growth and have worked as a qualified therapist in the NHS for over 16 years, as well as working with Employee Assisted Programmes and in Private Practice. 

My qualifications include an MSc in leadership and coaching and a BSc in Integrative Therapy. I am also an experienced qualified Clinical Supervisor.

From my work as a therapist and working in the NHS, I also developed an interest in organisational dynamics and have studied and worked within organisations to help leaders and managers understand relational dynamics and how reflexivity and effective communication can bring about organisational change. 

I have completed many additional courses as part of my Continuing Professional Development including:
  • Interpersonal Psychotherapy
  • Diploma in Embodied Relational Therapy.
  • Mindfulness training
  • City and Guilds in teaching adult learners
  • EMDR 
  • Acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • I am also in the process of training in the art and science of yoga
