How I work

I will offer you the space to talk about the things that are important to you in your life right now, from the position of warmth and acceptance. Most of us experience times in our lives when we are struggling to understand why we feel the way we do, we may feel unfulfilled, anxious or depressed, or notice we keep repeating similar relational patterns.

I offer a supportive environment, where together, we can explore and examine these issues, so you can gain insight, greater self-awareness and together we can begin to think about how to effect changes.

I offer shorter term focused therapy or coaching which could be over fewer sessions, or longer term therapy, depending on what you want to work on.
