Below is a short list of the services we offer:

• Service Option A ("PC Speed-up"):

Bring your PC base unit (or laptop) to our workshop and we will service the following items

• update to all Microsoft service packs available from their website,
• perform Virus scan (and remove as appropriate),
• perform Spyware scan (and remove as appropriate)
• defragment the hard disk,
• reduce the number of startup processes,

all for a fixed fee. This often speeds up a machine considerably, but may take many hours or even days on a slow or neglected machine.

• Service Option B ("Upgrade, Labour only"):

Configuration of hardware. You provide the hardware and we will install and configure it, charging labour only.

We can order the hardware and install it as well. Charging both labour and for the hardware (obviously).
