Welcome!

I am Barthélemy Chollet, a Full Professor at Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM). I am also a member of the research center IREGE.

I am also the academic director of our PhD Program at GEM.

My research looks at how people build their personal networks of relationships and how the latter influence individual outcomes, with a specific focus on knowledge-workers.

Over 15 years of experience in academia, I have taught, designed and/or supervised modules (both in French and in English) covering a wide rang of topics: innovation management, quantitatives methods, operations & supply chain management, network analysis, strategic management. From this rather generalist position, I have grown increasingly interested in taking the students to see how these various subjects must be intergated to ensure coherence across operational and strategic levels. Hence, my commitment to making integrative business games (CESIM global challenge in particular) a great experience for GEM students.
