About Therapy and Counselling

People come to psychotherapy and counselling for many different reasons. It may be a time of stress or crisis or uncertainty about the way forward. You may be unsure about your ability to cope, or you may have a feeling that you are not living to your full potential. You may want to review a current relationship or move on from a past relationship. 

A therapeutic relationship facilitates greater self-understanding, appreciation of strengths, and insights into how we relate to others. It is different from relationships with family or friends, offering the opportunity of uninterrupted time to focus on yourself, your issues and what you want. The aim is to help you achieve a more satisfying, fuller life.






Supervision

Counselling for Couples
All relationships go through difficult times, but how you respond to those difficulties can make the difference between staying together or splitting up. Working together I can help you to understand each other's position and to improve upon how you communicate your views and emotions with each other. Below are some reasons for choosing Couples Counselling:

I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can look at what is happening in your life and make more effective choices through increased self awareness.


Employee Counselling

Counselling via Skype or Telephone
