About Therapy and Counselling

People come to psychotherapy and counselling for many different reasons. It may be a time of stress or crisis or uncertainty about the way forward. You may be unsure about your ability to cope, or you may have a feeling that you are not living to your full potential. You may want to review a current relationship or move on from a past relationship.

A therapeutic relationship facilitates greater self-understanding, appreciation of strengths, and insights into how we relate to others. It is different from relationships with family or friends, offering the opportunity of uninterrupted time to focus on yourself, your issues and what you want. The aim is to help you achieve a more satisfying, fuller life.

I am an experienced supervisor offering group and individual supervision.  Group supervision is for 2 hours once a fortnight. Individual sessions are by arrangement.  If you would like more information please contact me on 07720 404710 or by email: info@barnhill.org.uk
