OLD BUSINESS
Comprehensive Plan update: J. Nohl reported that the new comp plan booklets are done and printed. The next meeting will be on March 10 at 6:00 p.m. The plan was also put on 2 jump drive sticks. The only thing that he knows of that may come up is the person who bought Marie Guski’s property is trying to put Yurts on the land and the county said that it would need to be rezoned first.
Cozy Corner Road update: Road is complete except for a few touch up items on a punch list that will be done in the spring. S. Sanders, treasurer, has submitted everything to the state. Haven’t heard anything from the state, which is hopefully a good thing. The loan payments will be due. April 1st.
Ondossagon Road update and possible action: Have not heard anything from Attorney Lindsey since the December meeting.
Ondossagon School Update: The owner of the Ondossagon School was not in attendance at the meeting to provide an update.
Bono Creek Update: C. Bretting found an ordinance that the town may be able to use for regulating uses, citations, and transient merchants for the Bono Creek area. The DOT did not look at the information at their meeting tonight but we3 were told it will be on next month’s agenda regarding the transfer of the land to the town. We will need to bid out the blacktop for the Bono Creek Road and Dave will give the clerk the information to post in the paper.
Town Website: S. Sanders said she will work with Marsha regarding the website to see if we can have something a little more use friendly.
NEW BUSINESS:
Public input: No Public Input
Public Hearing minutes: C. Bretting made a motion to dispense with the reading of the minutes from the public hearing regarding the change in the Comp Plan map and approve them as written, J. Nohl seconded. Motion carried.
