Road Foreman’s Report:
D. Lucuis stated things are going well. Stated there is a patch need on Cherryville by the dump road, a section that is about 100 ft by 11ft. Cost would be $7200.00. This item is not currently on the Agenda, so will be tabled until further notice.
Crew is continuing to plow snow, and things in the garage are “up to snuff’. Once the weather warms, patching will commence.
Forestry: Todd needed a hourly wage quoted, board feels billing at $150.00 per hour to Enbridge sounds fair for use of the grater, operator and equipment.
TransCanada to supply about $4500 for rock to fix roads and shoulders.
Clerks Report:
FCC License renewal application arrived in mail. Do we still use? $125.00 fee. Will table till next Agenda.

Mr. French submitted a request a public records request about the Bono Creek RAMP and DOCK. Clerk sent an email back informing him that the township DOCK is in need of repair, but to further public requests about the RAMP to the DNR, as the town does not own the RAMP. Another request was sent now in regards to Bono Creek Rd.
Request by North American procurement for bids that were posted by the town. New Clerk will look further into the company.
Chairman’s Report:
Mark from WABC – Bayfield County Administrator - information for Ondossagon School grants, for testing and remediation. Town has to apply for the grant, not write the grant, but to have them write the grant - $150,000.00 – A resolution would have to written up, question was are we the Administrators? $46,854.00 for testing would save about $150,000.00 of abatement. Questions need to be asked. Put this on next month’s Agenda. Target start date is May 15th. Special Agenda meeting currently tabled until further notice.
Treasurer’s Report:
S. Sanders gave an overview of the town’s finances. Currently, $369,072.02 included in second quarter - Ambulance & EMS has been paid, and currently the treasurer is working with Northern State bank for the best rates for payment of Cozy Corner Road.
