Absent: None

Members of the Public Present: Andrew Noyes, Linda Rise and Tom Sanders
Call To Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pocernich at 7:00 p.m.
Verification of Posting and Publishing: Divine confirmed it was posted Bretting verified that it was published.
Approval of Previous Month’s Minutes: Bretting made a motion to dispense with reading the December 11, 2018, Minutes, seconded by Nyara. Motion carried.
OLD BUSINESS
Comprehensive Plan Update: Nothing new to report.
Grant Updates: Nothing new to report.
Snowplowing Update: Nothing new to report. We currently have 78 contracts.
NEW BUSINESS:
Public Input: The Board introduced themselves to Andy Noyes and Linda Rise.
Old Ondossagon School: Kurt Whitman was present to discuss possible monies that are available for the demolition of old, potentially harmful buildings, such as the former Ondossagon School. The discussion included some of the hazardous materials that could be in the building, and possible environmental hazards such as fuel leaks in the outer premises. A handout Kurt provided is attached to these Minutes. It was decided to invite the owners of the property to meet with the Town Board to discuss possible solutions to ongoing deterioration of the building and premises. Divine will write to the owners, David and Callae Hyde, inviting them to attend the next meeting or to set up a time that will be more convenient to them.
Road Foreman Report: Things are going well.
Clerk’s Report: Divine informed everyone that there is no need to have a February Primary this year.
Chairman’s Report: Nothing new to report.
Treasurer’s Report: A copy of the Treasurer’s Report is attached. She will be holding hours at the hall on Saturday, January 19th for individuals wanting to come in and pay their taxes.
Next Meeting: The next meeting will be held on February 12, 2019, at 7:00 p.m.
Monthly Bills: Bretting made a motion to accept and approve the monthly bills as presented, seconded by Nyara. Motion carried.
Adjournment: There being no further business to conduct, the meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
