OLD BUSINESS

Comprehensive Plan Update: Susan Jacobson indicated that the commission met the night before for its quarterly meeting. Additional chapters of the plan were reviewed. The ongoing agenda item regarding screening will be removed going forward. There was also concern about the erosion taking place on Bono Creek Road near the dock area. Pocernich mentioned that the commission may want to have discussions regarding climate control. Pocernich also mentioned that he had received a last-minute permit request for Daniel and Jenna Vernon that he would like to have acted upon at tonight’s meeting so it isn’t pending until May. Divine suggested having a Special Comprehensive Plan Meeting and Special Town Board Meeting on Tuesday, April 19th, prior to the Annual Meeting. Everyone was in agreement to do so.

Grant Updates: Nothing new to report.

NEW BUSINESS:

Public Input: Richard Sobtzak indicated his concern over the large amount of deterioration on Engoe Road. The Board members indicated that they would be having the annual road inspection soon and it will be looked at.

Former Ondossagon School: Callae Hyde was present to discuss possible solutions for the property. Both she and David are in agreement that it would be desirable to convey the property to the town so that various grants can be looked at for razing the building

2019 Road Work and Gravel Bids: It was decided not to solicit bids for gravel this year. Instead, we will order gravel as needed and have it trucked in.
