Other’s Present: Duane Garz, Road Crew

Members of the Public Present: Dave Maki

Call To Order: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pocernich at 7:00 p.m.

Verification of Posting and Publishing: Pocernich verified that the meeting notice was published. Divine verified that the meeting notice was posted.

Approval of Previous Month’s Minutes: Bretting made a motion to dispense with reading the October 13, 2015, Minutes, seconded by Nyara. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS

Update on US Fish & Wildlife Activities: Mike Mlynarek was not present.

Comprehensive Plan Update: Nothing new to report. Next meeting will be December 7, 2015, at 6:00 p.m.

Ondossagon Road Update: Joan has prepared applications for both the TRIP and TRID programs. Tom Toepfer recommended only submitting the TRID grant.

Snowplowing Update: Sanders indicated 69 contracts have been returned. Some are pending, waiting for the map to be drawn and returned. Approximately $8,850 has been received and another $2,400 is anticipated.

NEW BUSINESS

Public Input: There was no public input.

Resolution to Collect Taxes: Sanders presented the annual resolution stating that the Town Treasurer will collect taxes for the county. Bretting made a motion to approve the resolution to have the Town Treasurer collect taxes for Bayfield County, seconded by Nyara. Motion carried.

Road Crew Report: Garz indicated that the equipment is in good repair. The new truck is still being customized and should be done soon. The lights in the pole shed have been installed.

Clerk’s Report: Nothing new to report.

Chairman’s Report: Nothing new to report.

Treasurer’s Report: Sanders provided the monthly report. A copy is included in these Minutes.

Next Meeting: The next meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 8, 2015, at 7:00 p.m.

Expenditures: The expenditures were reviewed and checks approved and signed. Pocernich made a motion to accept the expenditures as presented, seconded by Nyara. Motion carried.

Adjournment: There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
