Welcome!

I am Assistant Professor at the Centre for Economics and Social Policy (CEAS) at Universidad Mayor in Chile. Also, I am Adjunct Researcher at the Centre for Social Conflict and Cohesion Studies (COES) and Young Researcher at the Millennium Institute for Care Research (MICARE). 

Previously I was a Postdoctoral Researcher at COES and the Millennium Nucleus in Social Development (DESOC) at the Department of Economics, University of Chile, Santiago, Chile.

In April 2017, I received the PhD degree in Economics from University College London, where I developed my research under the supervision of Prof. Orazio Attanasio and Prof. Aureo de Paula. 

My research focuses on labor economics and the economics of gender which I study through an applied microeconometric approach.

I received a B.A. degree in Economic Sciences and an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Chile, in 2007 and 2010, respectively, and an M.Res. degree in Economics from the University College London in 2012.
