New Fire Safety Legislation

New fire safety legislation came into effect on 15th November 2010. This Legislation places a number of mandatory safety responsibilities on the management committee. Therefore, a fire and evacuation plan has been drawn up and we would request ALL members to familiarise themselves with it when they next visit the Club. A practice evacuation must be carried out at least every 12 months, so please be prepared to follow Staff and/or other nominated person/s instructions during the evacuation. A practice evacuation will always be notified in advance. If the alarm sounds without prior warning, it must be assumed to be a fire
