Hi, I'm Balaji Thoshkahna. Welcome to my homepage. I am Senior Applied Scientist in Amazon TSE, Bengaluru,India. I work on problems related to LLMs, generative content, RAGs and agentic algorithms.

 I am interested in signal processing, machine learning and their applications to areas such as audio processing, image processing and biomedical signal processing. My specific areas of interest are audio coding, source separation, music information retrieval(MIR), computational auditory scene analysis(CASA), psychoacoustics, auditory displays, 3D audio, machine learning  and deep learning(a recent interest). I also have experience in LLMs, finetuning language models, agentic approaches for problems at scale.
