Before Training Start
1. Hydrate yourself with enough water (no carbonated drinks) and take a proper lunch.
2. Change to the sports attire bearing school name and wear the proper short.
3. Report 5 min before training starts.
4. Assist to set up the courts and equipment as instructed.
4. Do warm up and stretching exercise (group and personal) before the training.
During Training
1. Take all trainings and instructions seriously.
2. Execute all technique with 100% effort and focus.
3. During break, drink water to hydrate.
After training
1. Assist to dismantle the net and pack up all things.
2. Clear any rubbish or feathers laying in the courts and hall.
3. Gather for attendance taking, debrief and dissemination of info.
4. Wait for dismissal order.
5. Drink water.
