ABS Bylaws: Defines organization's membership, operating procedures, and responsibilities.

ABS Capital Project Guidelines: Outlines the application process, scoring and timeline for review. Applications must be submitted to the Director of Student Services before November 30 for fall consideration and before April 30 for consideration in the spring.(see guidelines for application and scoring guide)

ABS Atypical Funding Guidelines: ABS will consider funding atypical projects that fall into the following categories - coaching training clinics, other RSU 38 charitable organizations, in support of national or regional competitions, for purchase of state championship apparel. Proposals for Atypical Funding should be submitted in writing or email to the ABS President (see guidelines for rules and limitations)

Per Student Support Policy: This is a complex funding per student formula for support of different Maranacook teams. Funding is encumbered for up to three years and dependent on team representation at ABS monthly meetings.
