Responsibilities for Head Room Parents will vary by class but could include:

  • Helping with class roster

  • Collecting funds for class gifts for teacher

  • Communicating on behalf of teachers requests

  • Helping teachers get volunteers for different opportunities

MONTHLY MEETINGS

Meetings are held the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm with the exception of January.

2022-2023 Volunteer Opportunities:

Fall Fundraiser: Walk-a-Thon, September 25th, 2023

Students will collect pledges and participate in a Walk-A-Thon at the Stadium. A fun-filled event with bounce houses, a DJ, prizes and MORE! Contact maherthn@gmail.com for sponsorship and event information.


Fall Event: Trunk or Treat, October 30th, 2023

Every class will be responsible for hosting a trunk for this "Trunk or Treat" event. Parents who sign up to help with this event will come up with the theme of the trunk, the candy/games/handout, and the people to help volunteer at the event and volunteer to put the trunk together. There are unlimited volunteers allowed to help with this event in each classroom
