Vision: I would like to collaborate with different people and departments and evolve my research for the sustainable growth of society. Especially finding solution for energy, air pollution, clean water and Health Care are my concern. In next five years, I am looking forward to focus on research areas that can extend the availability and usefulness of technology and its advancement to our society directly. I believe that this will certainly enhance the quality of living. I want to work to create knowledge through team effort and individually for the benefit of society. So as to impart the education to produce professionals capable of leading efforts towards innovative products and processes for the development of our country and humanity in general.

Research Plan for next 5 years:
I want to establish a “Smart Surfaces and Micro/Nano research facility” in the institute. The aim of this facility is to design, model, fabricate, modify and test the micro and nano systems. It will be consisting of (a) micro/nano fabrication unit, (b) modelling and simulation unit, (c) experiments and testing unit.
I want to work in collaboration with faculties from the different department of IITDM Kanchipuram. I would like to collaborate different people from industries, research laboratory and IITs as well. I am already collaborating with different NITs, IITs and research institutes for joint research. Moreover, I want to collaborate and work with various institute all around the globe.
