- Oxidation (dry and wet) by 3 zone quartz tube furnaces.
- Photolithography and etching for Device Fabrications.
- Vacuum annealing and annealing in different gas ambience (O2, N2, H2 and Ar) using MILA-3000, MILA-5000.
- Optical Characterization: Photoluminescence, UV-Vis Spectroscopy, FTIR, Ellipsometry.
- Electrical Characterization: Room and Low-temperature C-V, I-V measurements by SPA (Keithley 4200A, Agilent B 1500A), Resistivity, and Hall measurement.
- Structural and morphological characterization: XRD, AFM, 3D LSM, FESEM, EBSD.
