Initial Consultation & Treatment
45 Minutes £55
The initial consultation and treatment will consist of the following:
15 minute consultation questionnaire to discuss:
- past and present medical conditions,
- past and present aches, pains, injuries, operations etc,
- current ache, pain or injury and expected outcomes from the treatment,
- any appropriate joint or muscle testing.
30 minute treatment:
- ASM musculoskeletal treatments are used for a specific ache, pain or injury, to also include rehabilitation exercise prescription.
- ASM sports massage treatments are used for non specific aches, pains and general training fatigue or maintenance.
Musculoskeletal Treatment - Pain/ Injury
Follow up - 45 Minutes £55
Follow up - 30 Minutes £40
A musculoskeletal treatment combines a wide range of treatment techniques to not only assess and treat the following common conditions, but also find the root cause and any underlying factors that maybe contributing to the injury or pain.
- sports injuries
- work related injuries
- sprains, strains & general pain
- poor posture
- headaches/ whiplash
- back, hip & sciatica pain
- general shoulder pain
- rotator cuff pain/ frozen shoulder
- tennis/ golfers elbow
- wrist pain/ carpel tunnel syndrome
- general knee pain
- ITB syndrome/ runners knee
- shin splints
- achilles tendinitis/ planter fasciitis
Sports Massage - Maintenance/ Recovery

A range of massage and soft tissue release techniques are used for a whole/ half body treatment to aid the athlete in their recovery from training or competition in the following ways:
Physiological
- reduces muscle soreness/ stiffness
- reduces muscle pain/ tension
- breakdown scar tissue
- increases range of motion
- improves performance
Psychological
- reduces stress/ anxiety
- invigorating

Kinesiology Taping Only
15 Minutes £20
Kinesiology taping treatment will consist of an assessment of the specific body part or injury followed by an appropriate taping technique to help:
- reduce pain
- reduce swelling
- reduce bruising
- support an injured joint/ muscle
- improve posture
