The ASM Student Chapter: Formed in 2009 and continuously works hard to sponsor seminars, community outreach and increase ASM student membership.

Mission Statement: The objective of this branch is to foster a scientific community among the Microbiology students of Eastern NY. We aim to do this through both scientific and casual events that facilitate communication among our members and the community.
