PTO is recruiting executive board members for the upcoming school year. There are also annual volunteer opportunities limited in time and commitment that bring significant value to our community! Executive Board Positions - openings

All Executive Positions: Are you energized by working with others and interested to invest in new relationships? Executive position holders attend monthly 1 hour meetings, provide updates and communicate on activities that fall within the committee mandate, and always work to recruit and include AMS families in decision making and feedback. Executive position holders consider questions and seek answers from appropriate stakeholders relating to diversity, equity and inclusion in all PTO decision making and activity planning.
Investment averages are provided below based on past experience.

Sports Booster Committee Chair (5-7 hours per month)
Teacher Appreciation Committee Chair (4 hours per month)
AMS Events Support Committee Chair (5-7 hours per month)
School Spirit and Student Activity Committee Chair (5-7 hours per month)
Fundraising Committee Chair (5-7 hours per month)
Secretary (1.5 hours per month)
Co-Treasurer (Bookkeeping) (2 hours per month)

Annual Volunteer Positions - openings

All Annual Volunteer Positions: Do you want to contribute but don't have a lot of time to offer? There are cyclical activities that don't take a lot of time but offer incredible value to PTO Executive Members. These positions don't require Executive Board Meeting attendance and many can be successfully accomplished from your own home.
Investment averages are provided below based on past experience.

Co-Treasurer (Payments and Reimbursements) (1 hr per month)
Volunteer Coordinator (2 hours per month)
Social Media Coordinator (1.5 hours per month)
Calendar Manager (1.5 hours per month)
Website Manager (30 min per week)
Content Creator (30 min per week)
Member of Sports Booster Committee (3 hours per month)
Member of Teacher Appreciation Committee (2 hours per month)
Member of AMS Events Support Committee (2 hours per month)
Member of Fundraising Committee (3 hours per month)
Event Volunteer (one off action)
AMS Business Support (do you have a business that could support PTO actions with discounts and ease of service?)
