Who oversees the Homeowner's Association

Ashbrook Village’s HOA is overseen by a Board of Trustees. The Board consists of volunteers who are elected by the property owners (in good standing) of Ashbrook Village. Since members of the Board are working on a volunteer basis, they have hired a property management company, Onyx Realty, to handle billing, accounting, contracting and enforcement issues.
