The property owner where the violation(s) exists is contacted. Usually this is done in writing asking the owner to voluntarily comply with the restrictions and warning that we have the right to take legal action if they fail to do so. The first letter mailed informs the property owner to correct the violation(s). If the violation(s) is not remedied, a second letter is sent along with notification that a fine of $25 has been accessed to the property owner’s account. Additional fines will be accessed for continued violations. If the property owner does not comply, the HOA will proceed with legal action to which costs will be billed to the property owner.
