What are the responsibilities of the Board?

The Ashbrook Village Homeowners Association consists of 479 properties, of which each property owner has a vested interest and the Board’s actions are to serve the best interests of the HOA as a whole. Subject to limitations per the restrictions and bylaws, the Board is to manage and conduct the business and affairs of the Association and exercise the powers and duties established by the restrictions and bylaws.
