The HOA makes every reasonable effort in providing notices, however per the Code of Regulations within Section 2.01, it states “Upon the transfer of ownership of any lot, the purchaser shall be required to provide the Association with written notice of the transfer.” And within Section 3.04, it is stated “The Association shall have no obligation to perform research or investigations beyond its records to ascertain the identity or the address of any member.” Furthermore, Section 7.01 states “Any notice or demand which is required to be given or delivered to or served upon a member of the Association shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given, delivered or served when delivered personally to him or mailed to him at his address as it appears on the records of the Association.”
