How are dues handled?

Dues are collected on an annual basis and are payable within 30 days of the due date (stated in the Special Warranty Deed Article 2, Section 9). If not paid on time, a $25.00 late fee is accessed and interest from the due date will accrue on the account at a rate of 12% per annul.
