Hi! Friends from ASEAN countries. We had a wonderful Food Safety Workshop from Aug. 4 to Aug 11, 2013 at Meiho University, Taiwan. The purpose of the web site is to keep the friendship and connection even after the workshop.
We will have a new workshop again from Aug, 10 to Aug. 17, 2014. This year we will focus on the following topics: (1) analysis of maleic acid in starch foods, (2) analysis of edible oil adulteration, (3) analysis of phthalate contamination in foods, (4) analysis of heavy metal in spice, (5) analysis of mineral and vitamin in foods.
