Rocky Mountain ASB is keeping its larger space this year!
While we will continue the tradition of hosting this conference at the YMCA Estes Park, due to our growing numbers, all conference activities will again take place in Assembly Hall AB this year. This space is at the heart of YMCA Estes Park and can be found on the map below:
Meeting registration is free for everyone staying at the YMCA - a confirmation code confirming YMCA bookings will be required in the registration form to waive the fees.!

Room reservations in the Ram’s Horn Lodge - online or over the phone
Conference lodge room packages include accommodations plus breakfast and lunch, beginning the morning after arrival. Additional meals are available for purchase but not included in your lodge room package. On-site complimentary recreation includes miniature golf, basketball, volleyball, tennis, indoor swimming, hiking trails, playgrounds, library, and many family programs. Archery, horseback riding, and craft projects are available on-site for a fee.

Extending Your Stay in the Lodge
If you would like to enjoy our beautiful mountain location beyond the group’s stay dates:
First, book your reservation online for the group event dates using the link above.
Then call Central Reservations at (888) 613-9622 to add additional nights.

Cabin reservations - over the phone only
Cabins are great for larger groups and have multiple bedrooms (numbers vary) and kitchens. Cabin packages do not include meals.

Payment & Reservation Details
A 35% deposit, payable to the YMCA, is due at the time of reservation.
Once the 35% deposit is received by the YMCA, a lodging confirmation and reservation number will be emailed to you. (This number is needed for Registration)
