This simple letter contract will be used to secure your rental.

Anne Humphrey agrees to rent to the Renter named above, and the Renter agrees to rent from Anne Humphrey, the suite described above for the use period designated above in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- Rental price per week $
- Exchange fee if applicable $
- Discount if applicable (and reason) $
- Total rental price $
- Down Payment $
The down payment and exchange fee (if applicable) must be received within 14 days of contract issue date above. Balance due date is eight weeks before the start of the first rental period. Balance must be received by the due date or the rental agreement becomes void. Deposits and exchange fees are non-refundable except in the case that a required trade cannot be confirmed with the Renaissance. In that case, the down payment will be returned.
Notes
- At check out, the Renter is responsible for any government room tax, daily room fees, and charges to the room during the stay.
- Anne Humphrey is not responsible for any changes in room assignments which are made by the resort management.
- Refunds cannot be given if your travel plans are disrupted for personal reasons, by government action, or due to any other extenuating circumstances.
- Use period dates are exact and firm.
