The High Schools require one year of Visual or Performing Arts to graduate, but students may take as many as they can fit into their schedule. Class choices are growing and include Studio Art, Figure & Fashion Design, Sculpture, Ceramics, Guitar, Choir, Band, Orchestra, Dance, and Theater classes.

At the elementary level, all students in grades 1st through 5th receive designated Visual Art and Music instruction. 1st through 3rd graders receive 40 minutes per week, and 4th and 5th graders receive 80 minutes. Preschool through 5th grade teachers receive support from the VAPA TOSA for integrated lessons.
