Dave Kneisel

One of the past talents of the Southern Tier area of New York state, Dave Kneisel was a force to be reckoned with.  Whether on the track, or in the shop fabricating potent, winning race car chassis, Dave Kneisel made an impact on area racing!  It's our pleasure to add him to our roster of racing talent thanks to Tom Schmeh.
